Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Your first restaurant gets a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required and no charges are applied during trial.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly plans are charged once per month
  • Cancel anytime; access continues until the period end
  • No refunds for unused days in a monthly billing cycle
  • Example: if you pay on day 1 and cancel on day 15, access continues to period end and no partial refund is issued

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • 7-day refund window for first-time annual payment
  • After 7 days, annual payments are non-refundable
  • We recommend monthly plans first if you want to evaluate the service

4. Duplicate Charges

If a technical error causes duplicate billing, we refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days after verification. Please share your Razorpay transaction ID.

5. Service Outages

If ZapMenu is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request a pro-rata service credit for downtime. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle.

Include your registered email or phone, Razorpay order ID, and reason for refund. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

7. Razorpay Processing

Refunds are processed through Razorpay. Bank processing usually takes 5 to 7 business days. UPI refunds are typically completed within 24 hours.
